Ebedi ve ezeli düşmanları Austin Powers’tan intikam almak için, ünlü casusun babası Nigel Powers’ı kaçırmaya karar veren Dr. Evil, bunun için gizemli kötü adam Goldmember ile işbirliği yapar. Hem bu amacını gerçekleştirmek, hem de dünyayı ele geçirebilmek için zaman yolculuğuna çıkan Dr. Evil’ın peşine düşen Austin, 1975 yılına geri dönmek zorunda kalır. Burada, eski sevgilisi, kendine has bir dedektif olan Foxxy Cleopatra ile işbirliği yapan Austin, Dr.Evil, Mini Me ve Goldmember’ı durdurmak için yine elinden geleni ardına koymayacaktır. Mike Myers önceki filmde canlandırdığı Austin Powers, Dr.Evil ve Fat Bastard’dan sonra bu kez Goldmember rolü ile de seyircinin karşısına çıkıyor. İlk filmde Elizabeth Hurley ve Heather Graham gibi güzel oyuncuların eşlik ettiği Myers’a bu filmde, Amerikalı ünlü R&B grubu Destiny’s Child üyelerinden Beyoncé Knowles katılıyor. Amerika’da vizyona girdiği hafta box-office listelerini altüst eden “Austin Powers in Goldmember”, komedi filmleri arasında tüm zamanların en iyi açılışını yaparak gerçekten müthiş bir başarıya imza attı.
